Production Operator
Job Location: Webberville, Michigan
Shift: 6am-4pm or 8pm-6am
Pay Rate: 1st - $17.00/hr, 3rd - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Performs repetitive press or assembly operations
- Accurately record all production information on the production report
- Assist in line change activities
- Ensure quality of parts are being produced
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A+ Attendance
- Ability to work OT if needed
- Must be a “lean thinker,” by helping develop and maintain standards in accordance with lean Manufacturing principles
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
