Jacksonville is a strategic growth market for RS&H. We're seeking a Senior Architect who is excited to take on a visible leadership role-helping expand our regional presence, mentor talented designers, and deepen trusted client relationships across Northeast Florida.

About the Opportunity

• Play a leadership role in growing RS&H's Building Architecture and Design Service Group
• Work across Corporate, Aerospace, Healthcare, and Science & Technology markets
• Build strong, lasting client relationships in a high-growth regional market
• Collaborate with a nationally recognized, multi-disciplinary team
• Have a direct impact on culture, team development, and design excellence
• Eligible to purchase and own company stock

What You'll Do

This is a highly visible role that blends design leadership, mentorship, and client engagement.

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, and engineers
• Serve as a trusted advisor to our regional and national clients
• Drive design excellence from concept through construction
• Mentor and develop junior architects and designers
• Champion BIM and emerging design technologies to enhance project delivery
• Oversee drawings, specifications, and design documentation
• Conduct design analysis, site studies, and cost evaluations
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure key milestones are met
• Participate in field observations and construction administration
• Partner with Project Managers on budgeting, scheduling, and staffing
• Support business development through proposals, interviews, and presentations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited)
• Licensed Architect (RA)
• 10 + years of architectural design experience; 15+ years of experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships
• Passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A creative, solution-oriented mindset
