Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this newly created position is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in the high-stakes environment of a pre-revenue biotech. As we prepare for our first commercial launch, you will be working closely with Commercial leadership as the primary architect of our commercial FP&A infrastructure. You won't just be managing a budget; you will be helping build the revenue models, gross-to-net (GTN) frameworks, and support commercial operations to define our success from day one.Duties/ResponsibilitiesBuild the Revenue Engine: Develop our first sophisticated, patient-based "top-down/bottom-up" revenue models.Launch Strategy & Spend: Lead FP&A planning for the Commercial build-out Gross-to-Net (GTN) Framework: Establish the initial FP&A model and forecasting framework for rebates, chargebacks, and co-pay assistance—critical for our first reported earnings.Market Access Partnership: Partner with the Access team to model scenarios for payer contracting, Medicaid/Medicare mandates, and 340B impact.Forecast Management: Provide the C-suite with clear visibility into revenue projections vs. actuals to ensure insights to help drive sales performance.Education / CertificationsBachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.Experience/RequirementsExperience: 8–12 years in Finance/Accounting, with a heavy emphasis on Biotech Launch Readiness. You’ve seen a drug go from Phase III to the shelf.The "Startup" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity. Upon joining Intellia, your salary will be reviewed periodically and additional factors such as time in role and performance will be considered.
