Occupational Therapist – Home Health / Assisted Living Multiple Locations Throughout the Denver Metro Area Denver | Englewood | Littleton | Lakewood | Aurora | Centennial, Colorado Weekdays Only | No Weekends Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists to join a growing Home Health and Assisted Living team throughout the Denver metro area. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while making a meaningful impact on patients’ quality of life in home and assisted living settings. As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients experiencing physical, cognitive, and/or psychological impairments that impact their ability to safely perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). You will develop individualized treatment plans focused on maximizing independence, safety, and functional outcomes.
