With a commitment to excellence in patient care and outcomes, they pride themselves on providing a wide range of surgical services. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that every patient receives personalized and comprehensive care. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational Program. Certified or eligible for certification as a CRNA. Valid Florida RN license and recognition by the Florida Board of Nursing as a CRNA. Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a wide range of surgical settings, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Bariatrics, Neurology, OB/GYN, Spine, Vascular, and Robotics. Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated excellence in patient assessment, anesthesia technique, and post-anesthesia care. Strong commitment to continuing education and staying abreast of the latest advancements in nurse anesthesia practice. Previous experience in both hospital and outpatient surgery center settings is highly desirable. Effective communication skills, with the ability to educate and inform patients and families about anesthesia processes and care. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Duties & Responsibilities Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort levels, adjusting anesthesia as necessary. Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to determine the best anesthesia care plan. Participate in pre-surgical assessments and post-operative debriefings. Ensure all anesthesia equipment and medications are prepared and properly administered.
