Compensation

• Base salary: $130,000+ Depending on experience.
• Annual bonus program, historically 8% to 10% of base.
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates outside a reasonable commuting distance

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• Building referral relationships in the local market and becoming the community of choice against nearby competitors
• Making measurable progress on staffing and turnover
• Sustaining regulatory compliance and quality outcomes

• Skilled nursing setting in a rural Tennessee market
• Strong clinical track record: consistently no high-level scope or severity deficiencies
• Quality measures scoring 5 out of 5
• No contract or agency labor currently used
• EMR: PointClickCare

What We're Looking For

• Active NHA license and a track record of regulatory and quality leadership
• Comfort operating inside a corporate structure with shared decision-making, not full autonomy
• Business acumen to help grow census and strengthen referral volume, not just manage day to day operations
• Acute care or hospital-adjacent experience is a strong plus
• A collaborator who works across departments rather than in a silo

Reporting Structure

The direct report for this role is hands-on, approachable, and not a micromanager.
