Job Description

• Cultivate Tailored Therapy Approaches: Assess patients' individual needs and craft specialized treatment plans to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported methods to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in synergy with OTs, PTs, STs, medical personnel, and nurses to ensure holistic care for patients
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their loved ones on best practices in therapy to promote ongoing improvement at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical milestones and adapt interventions as necessary to keep patients on track

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
