Job Description Job Description Customer Service Representative - HYBRID Schedule : Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm Remote work: One week work from home ever three weeks The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers, particularly in medical contexts. This position emphasizes clear communication, diligent follow-up, and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for Spanish-speaking customers without requiring travel.
