Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Evening rotating schedule with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Schedule will be a combination of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts based on unit needs. Shift options include 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, or 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM. Call as needed (typically 2-3 calls per 4-week schedule period). Weekend coverage as needed.

Highlights:

• Work in a premier surgical environment specializing in neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN, free flaps, and robotic surgery (Da-Vinci)
• Experience with oncology cases in a Magnet-designated cancer care facility ranked among the nation's top cancer hospitals
• Circulate and scrub experience opportunities across multiple surgical specialties
• EPIC charting system utilized for all documentation
• Daily census of approximately 45 patients across 20 operating rooms
• Flexible schedule combinations: Four 10-hour shifts, Five 8-hour shifts, or Two 8-hour and Two 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
• Current RN license (valid Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission)
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Strong skill set in neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho, general, plastics, urology, GU/GYN procedures preferred
• Proficiency with Da-Vinci robotic surgical systems (Xi and SP) preferred
• Circulate and scrub experience preferred
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership position)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
