Senior ServiceNow Developer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation for a global life sciences client, the full-time remote Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & ITOM) will design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions, focusing on both ITSM and ITOM capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows across ITSM and ITOM modules Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise platforms using REST APIs and SOAP web services Collaborate with Enterprise Platform teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices Required qualifications 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience within large enterprise environments Strong experience with ITSM and ITOM modules, including Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow development best practices Experience designing and supporting MID Server architecture and integrations ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
