Overview Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our established Occupational Medicine team in Peoria Heights, Illinois. Opportunity Details Join an established department with case coordinators, occupational health nurses and drug/alcohol coordinators The department offers a variety of business health services that focus on prevention including workers' compensation, medical surveillance, DOT, and employer services Reasonable volume and well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our office in Peoria Heights Our Occupational Health providers currently see patients for Primary Care, Occupational Health, and DOT visits in addition to Walk-Ins The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, Short and long-term disability, allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility About Our Community Located in the Heart of Illinois, Peoria is a vibrant River City full of art, entertainment, sports, history and more! Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $294,000 - $300,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate?s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
