Key responsibilities for the CFO include directing financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to align with the company's goals, overseeing financial reporting processes, and managing budgets to control costs and identify growth opportunities. The role also involves leading month-end close activities, collaborating with executives to provide financial insights, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and insurers. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare sector. A CPA certification is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong abilities in building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are essential, as is demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams.
