Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication needs across all grade levels in a dynamic setting. This exciting contract opportunity is tailored for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, offering the chance to work with elementary, middle, and high school students across three buildings. The caseload includes a mix of group and individual sessions—55 thirty-minute speech therapy treatments weekly, with 16 individual and 37 group sessions.

You’ll collaborate with diverse student populations and play a key role in building students’ confidence and communicative competence. The position is 35 hours each week, with flexibility for on-site or virtual providers (must have or be open to collaborating with an SLPA for remote work consideration).

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate and current SLP Certificate
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable with K-12 caseloads and adaptable to varying age groups
• Skilled at managing schedules across multiple sites
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Team-oriented mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services according to IEPs
• Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions
• Assess, document, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Coordinate schedules to serve students effectively across three sites
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultations
