Position Title: Operations Project Coordinator
Location: Chattanooga, TN (4-days on-site, 1 day remote)
Duration: 7-Month Contract (potential to convert full-time or extend)
Pay Rate: $30-$33/Hour

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator for a top client supporting a Billing Partner Operations organization. This individual will play a key role in organizing, tracking, and driving execution across multiple operational initiatives within a billing-focused environment. The ideal candidate brings project coordination or project management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Using Jira as a primary project management tool, this person will help manage deliverables, timelines, stakeholder communication, and accountability to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. Day-to-Day:
• Manage projects supporting the Billing Partner Operations team

• Use Jira to track project progress, deliverables, and timelines

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on track

• Assign tasks, establish ownership, and drive accountability

• Identify risks and remove project blockers

• Provide project updates to leadership and key stakeholders

Required Experience:

• 1+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience

• Experience managing projects in a billing, invoicing, or financial operations environment

• Jira experience required

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize work, assign ownership, manage timelines, and drive accountability

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM or billing platforms

• Salesforce experience

• Experience supporting Partner Operations teams
