About the Role

As the CNO, you'll serve as the clinical leader and CEO's trusted partner, overseeing nursing operations, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance. You'll bring structure, clarity, and consistency to systems while fostering a culture of ownership, teamwork, and pride in the work.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred.


Licenses/Certification

Valid RN license in the state employed

Valid CPR certification

DNS-CT or CDONA, optional

Valid driver's license

Experience

3-5 years successful experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent position in long-term care facility preferred

$115,000 - $130,000
