Pay $25–$60/hr (Based on Experience & Performance) HVAC Installer Benefits • We offer a sign-on bonus for qualified, experienced candidates who can make an immediate impact • 401k • Profit Sharing • Performance-Based Raises (First 90 Days) HVAC Installer Responsibilities: • Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish • Oversee and develop install helpers to ensure quality and efficiency • Read and interpret job specs, layouts, and system requirements • Perform clean, code-compliant installs (ductwork, equipment, piping, wiring, etc.) • Troubleshoot and solve issues in the field without constant supervision • Maintain a clean, organized job site and professional appearance • Communicate clearly with homeowners when needed (no sales pressure—just honesty) • Ensure every install meets our standards—not just “good enough” HVAC Installer Requirements: • EPA certification (required) • Proven 1 years proven experience as an HVAC installer (lead experience strongly preferred) • Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices • Ability to run a job independently and make sound decisions in the field • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and pride in clean, high-quality work • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in typical field conditions Compensation details: 25-60 Hourly Wage PI97b4a7a933a7-25448-40485662aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
