Job Title: Corporate Relations Manager Location: Atlanta, Georgia Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 298974 Overview Georgia Tech is a top‑ranked public research university in Atlanta. The role will support on‑campus and online Master’s in Analytics (MSA) students by sourcing and building effective recruiting relationships with corporate partners, and managing onboarding and the career portal for more than 6,000 online students. Job Summary Provide support to students in preparing for, identifying and pursuing corporate job opportunities. Establish and maintain relations with corporate representatives, alumni, and institute units to promote recruiting and placement opportunities in internships and employment. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with prospective corporate employers. Advise students on career search activities, including job strategy, resume preparation, interview techniques, and coaching. Collaborate with alumni, faculty, and development representatives to promote networking and mentoring. Plan and coordinate job fairs and promotional events for student placement. Maintain databases used in promotional and placement efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four to five years of job‑related experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in career counseling or advising, especially in a university setting. Knowledge of employer relations and campus recruiting practices. Strong communication and presentation skills. Networking and relationship building. Understanding of labor market trends and industry hiring practices. Experience with career management platforms (e.g., 1220, Handshake, Symplicity). Coaching certifications or training in career counseling. Data analysis and reporting skills to track student outcomes. Skills Effective interaction with corporate executives, alumni, faculty, and staff. Skills in career advising and counseling, relationship building, sales/marketing, communications, and presentation.
