We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Packaging Information Coordinator to bridge the gap between our product development, manufacturing, and external suppliers. You will be the "glue" that ensures our packaging/product data is accurate and our cross-functional teams are aligned. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys data gathering, maintaining spreadsheet integrity, and communicating across various departments to keep projects on track. As the primary custodian of our product data ecosystem, you will ensure that every SKU, product number, and packaging link is accurate and accessible. This role requires a blend of "data detective" work and proactive communication to ensure that Product Managers, Plant Operations, and 3rd party suppliers are always working from the most current information.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Create and maintain a master spreadsheet (Google Sheets) containing SKUs, product numbers, and links to packaging documentation.
• Documentation Review: Audit and organize technical documentation provided by plant operations and 3rd party suppliers for accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a central point of contact for Product Managers, Plant Operations Managers, and external vendors to gather missing data.
• Information Sorting: Transform raw data from various sources into a clean, searchable format to support production timelines.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and participate in Google Meet sessions and phone calls to troubleshoot data discrepancies or production delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• G Suite Proficiency: Intermediate experience with Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, filtering, and conditional formatting).
• Strong Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and clearly via email, phone, and video conferencing (Google Meet).
• Detail-Oriented: A "detective" mindset for spotting errors in SKU lists or missing documentation.
• Self-Starter: Comfortable reaching out to stakeholders proactively to gather necessary information.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to manage high volumes of hyperlinks, file structures, and digital assets.
