Job Details
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 4pm-2am
Essential Functions:
- Trouble shoot, repair, and maintain hatchery equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and make minor repairs as needed
- Practice Lock out/Tag out safety procedures on a daily basis
- Comply with written policies and procedures
- Help place eggs in incubators
- Monitor hallways and machines
- This position will be working in a controlled environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- General HVAC knowledge
- Able to walk or stand majority of the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Requires strong attention to detail
Work Environment:
- Exposure to noise, dust, moisture, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.
- Must comply with strict biosecurity and sanitation requirements.
