Customer Sales Representative | In-person New Customer Sales and Customer Engagement

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with customers to assess their preferences and match them with the right wireless and cellular connectivity options

• Present and promote products/services with confidence and clarity

• Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative sales techniques

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset

• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
