Are you a creative and energetic individual who enjoys bringing joy to others?

Seneca Place, a vibrant senior living community in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a FT Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our fun-loving team!

Schedule available: M-F 9am-5pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, develop, and implement a variety of engaging activities and programs for residents, tailored to their interests and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive social environment through activities that promote socialization, physical and mental well-being, and lifelong learning.
• Lead activities such as games, arts and crafts, exercise classes, musical programs, and educational workshops.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure activities are appropriate for residents' individual needs and preferences.
• Build relationships with residents, getting to know them on a personal level and creating a sense of community.
• Document resident participation and program outcomes.

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Have a minimum of one year of experience working with older adults in a senior living community or related setting (preferred).
• Possess a strong passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
• Are creative, enthusiastic, and have a knack for bringing people together.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Are a team player with a positive attitude.
