Pack-Out Lead

Pack-Out Lead Green Garden Products, a subsidiary of Central Garden & Pet, is seeking a full-time Pack-Out Lead for our facility in Norton, MA. The role reports to the Plant Manager and supports production schedules. Pay: $18–$19 per hour. Key Duties and Responsibilities Train, coach, and develop the Pack-Out team. Confirm that the production lines are supplied with raw materials to meet production needs. Able to measure production and give feedback to the team. Available to fill in as needed for breaks, absences, and assistance. Clean and maintain a safe work area. Ability to operate a forklift safely. Other duties as required. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Previous production/packing experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all levels within the facility. Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changes in workflow. Strong team player. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach and clean. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
