Job Opportunity – Electrophysiology Cardiologist – Ohio
Start Date: January 23, 2026
Location: Canton, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Two days per week dedicated to outpatient clinic (approximately 14 patients per clinic session), and three days per week for procedural work. No call required for standard coverage model.
Highlights:
- Comprehensive EP practice including clinic, procedures, inpatient consult service, and EKG interpretation
- Full range of EP procedures: EP studies, catheter ablation, cardioversion, implantable cardiac devices, syncope evaluations, remote monitoring devices, and genetic testing
- Two state-of-the-art EP labs equipped with Abbott EnSite mapping system
- Support from one on-staff EP provider and dedicated inpatient APP support
- Epic electronic medical record system
- 6-week contract covering a Level II Trauma Center through April 24, 2026
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology required
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Active state license or IMLC eligible with clean background
- Experience with all standard EP procedures preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Ability to manage adult and geriatric patient populations
