Content & Creative Coordinator

Content & Creative Coordinator Part‑Time | Approximately 20–24 hours per week. On Location at Swoon New Orleans storefront and some remote work to edit/post/computer work. Creates and prepares engaging, on‑brand photo and video content that supports Swoon's marketing calendar, product launches, events, and overall digital presence. MUST BE WILLING TO BE ON CAMERA! FIT VIDEOS, REELS, ETC.

$20/HR.

Core Responsibilities-Create on‑brand photo, video, and short‑form content based on the established marketing calendar and campaign direction.-Capture content from product drops, photo shoots, events, store activity, and other assigned opportunities.-Edit photo and video assets for social media and other digital marketing uses.-Create and edit short‑form video content, including Reels and other assigned social formats.-Prepare, format, and organize finished creative assets for timely use across marketing channels.-Work collaboratively with Morgan to execute weekly content needs and campaign priorities.-Maintain consistency with Swoon's brand aesthetic, voice, and creative standards.-Meet established content deadlines and ensure assets are ready ahead of scheduled launches, drops, events, and campaigns. Primary OwnershipContent creation · Photo/video capture · Photo/video editing · Short‑form video · Creative asset preparation · Content organization · On‑brand creative execution Email & KlaviyoDesign three full Klaviyo email campaign per week and participate in email QA/review.Klaviyo flow management, performance review, SMS monitoring, and signup‑form management. App-Manage app redesigns weekly, keep tabs current, and update seasonal loading imagery.-Update the Fit Videos tab daily and troubleshoot display/functionality issues.-Schedule and send daily app push notifications and maintain automated notification messaging.-Share ownership with Jane for app growth/promotions, integrations, new app programs/features, and weekly/monthly/yearly app performance review. WebsiteRedesign the website weekly with updated imagery, layout, messaging, seasonal themes, promotions, and collections; maintain assigned front‑end custom edits.
