Estamos buscando un Técnico Diesel capacitado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo, especializado en la reparación y mantenimiento de autobuses comerciales. El Técnico Diesel será responsable de realizar reparaciones exhaustivas y mantenimiento preventivo, asegurándose de que todo el trabajo se lleve a cabo de manera eficiente, segura y en cumplimiento con los estándares de la industria. Además, el técnico brindará soporte a los clientes tanto en persona como a través de consultas remotas o virtuales, asesorando sobre reparaciones o mantenimiento necesarios, garantizando que el equipo funcione según las especificaciones del fabricante y manteniendo documentación detallada de los servicios realizados para respaldar interacciones tanto en el taller como virtuales. Los candidatos deben contar con un teléfono inteligente moderno con conexión activa a Internet para gestionar eficientemente pedidos y asignaciones a través de la aplicación de la empresa. Es esencial tener habilidades en el uso de aplicaciones móviles, plataformas digitales y flujos de trabajo basados en aplicaciones para ejecutar tareas y comunicarse La compensación varía entre $52,000 y $93,600 por año, según la experiencia y la disponibilidad. Diagnosticar y reparar problemas mecánicos en autobuses comerciales, asegurando que todos los sistemas funcionen correctamente. Realizar reconstrucciones de motores, mantenimiento rutinario e inspecciones para garantizar el rendimiento óptimo de los autobuses. Trabajar con sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos y eléctricos, así como realizar reparaciones de frenos y otros problemas relacionados con sistemas. Llevar a cabo tareas de mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar que los autobuses estén listos para una operación segura y confiable. Probar el rendimiento de los autobuses e identificar áreas que requieran reparaciones o reemplazos. Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad y directrices regulatorias durante la realización de reparaciones. Mantener registros de servicio precisos y documentación del trabajo realizado. Garantizar que todas las tareas de reparación y mantenimiento se completen de manera oportuna y eficiente. Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en reparación y mantenimiento de motores diesel, específicamente en autobuses comerciales. Sólidos conocimientos de motores diesel, sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos y eléctricos. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y eficiente con mínima supervisión. Gran atención a los detalles y compromiso con los estándares de seguridad. Certificación ASE en mecánica diesel o un campo relacionado. Licencia de Conducir Comercial (CDL). Más de 5 años de experiencia en reparación de motores diesel, incluyendo experiencia con sistemas de autobuses comerciales. Fuertes habilidades de diagnóstico y capacidad para solucionar y resolver problemas mecánicos complejos.
