Picker Packer Warehouse Lead

Job Description

The Picker Packer Warehouse Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order picking and packing while managing a medium-sized team of 10-30 members. This role reports directly to the Logistics Supervisor and focuses on maintaining quality, safety compliance, and team productivity through effective supervision and training.

Responsibilities

Supervise a medium-sized warehouse team (10-30) to meet operational goals
Coordinate and oversee order picking and packing activities
Conduct quality inspections to ensure accuracy and standards
Enforce safety compliance throughout warehouse operations
Provide training and support to team members
Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse performance

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in warehouse operations
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
Demonstrated team leadership skills
Strong time management abilities
Effective problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
