Job Details Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shift: 12-Hour Shifts Shift Differentials Apply Responsibilities Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication. Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care. Demonstrate organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs. Integrate current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in patient care. Practice continuous quality improvement thinking and problem‑solving skills. Be caring, compassionate, a good communicator, maintain a positive attitude, and work well as a team player. Why NHC?
