We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all respiratory therapy modalities and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patients' respiratory function and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory health and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of therapies administered.
• Use a variety of equipment and technologies, including ventilators, nebulizers, and oxygen therapy devices.

Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory therapy protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
