Senior Automation EngineerWe are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with 12+ years of experience supporting DeltaV DCS automation in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong DeltaV Batch experience, hands-on commissioning and qualification (C&Q) expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot live manufacturing issues while ensuring compliance with GMP and validation standards.Role and Responsibilities:Serve as an onsite DeltaV Automation Engineer supporting C&Q execution activities.Work independently to troubleshoot, configure, and support DeltaV control system logic, phases, and automation components during commissioning and qualification.Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior and intermediate engineers.Support C&Q activities including test execution, issue investigation, remediation, and re-test preparation.Collaborate with cross-functional onsite teams to ensure automation behavior aligns with approved Functional Specifications and test expectations.Respond to automation-related issues during commissioning and qualification activities.Identify automation issues, recommend technical solutions, and support implementation through change control.Maintain compliance with GMP requirements and site procedures throughout project execution.Required Skills:12+ years of Automation Engineering experience.DeltaV DCS Automation.DeltaV Batch (Required).Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q).Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.GMP.ISA-88.GAMP.Automation troubleshooting and issue resolution.Functional Specifications.Change Control.Control System Configuration.Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field.12+ years of automation engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV Batch in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.Experience supporting live manufacturing environments during commissioning and qualification.Deep understanding of GMP, validation, ISA-88, and GAMP standards.Strong communication and leadership skills.
