Medical Assistant Certified- ORTHOPEDICS

Description The MA II works under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients. The MA II performs all aspects of the MA I role and is fully competent in the clinical needs/functions for the assigned clinic or location of work. An MA II is expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands‑on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants, OR graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, OR completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces, OR minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association 6 months of healthcare experience 6 months of Medical Assistant experience Preferred Qualifications Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification Benefits Our best‑in‑class benefits support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security.
