Pay Range Temporary Licensed - $60,000 to $70,000 base salary (30-40 hours per week) depending on experience. $5,000 increase for obtaining full licensure. Fully Licensed - $71,000 to $80,000 base salary (30-40 hours per week) depending on experience. Provides consultation on a case, program, or community basis. Performs psychotherapy and brief counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Provide emergency services and interventions as needed. Regular review and consultation with the Team for consistent communication and treatment for better outcomes for clients. Work with internal Case Managers on referrals to Psychiatric, Community Support, Habilitation, Peer Support, and other appropriate programs. Completes documentation according to the documentation submission standards for the Center. Required periodic on-call rotation, on-call pay above base salary.
