• 12-hour shifts 6 am - 6 pm with 1:3 weekend rotation
• CVICU/CTICU patient care
• 2-6 patients per 24 hours on call
• Procedures include A-line, central line, thoracentesis, chest tube
• Weekend rounding with surgeon
• 1-3 admissions per 24 hours on call
• New consult responsibilities
• Ongoing assignment
