We are looking for a Full-Time provider (32-40 hours weekly) to fill a float role between two facilities in Keene, NH. This position is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $112,320 to $124,800, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical professionals.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. For nurse practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
• In states where permitted, APRNs should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Salary Range: $112,320.00 - $124,800.00 per year.
