About the Role:

Join JUST BETWEEN SENIORS LLC as a Caregiver / CNA / HHA in Montgomery, TX, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential care and support to our clients in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor clients' health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor.
• Support mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA or HHA certification, or equivalent experience in caregiving.
• Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
