Marketing and Gift Merchandising Associate

For this position we are looking for an employee who will: Manage social media and digital marketing Create promotional materials Plan in-store merchandising and displays Coordinate events Track marketing results Assist with inventory and product placement Qualifications: Some level of Degree in Business Marketing Previous experience in retail, merchandising, marketing, or customer service preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and visual presentation. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and common software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva and social media platforms are required. Strong understanding of social media, marketing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high merchandising standards. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods while setting displays and stocking merchandise. Travel between stores may be required.
