Inventory Control & Order Picker Associate - Job Duties Train under the Parts & Returns Coordinator and serve as a backup for parts and returns operations when needed. Perform daily cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records. Process returned products and assist with parts management, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Complete minor product assemblies and repairs, including building cane carousels and replacing wheelchair arms or legs. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment as needed. Support warehouse operations by serving as a swing Order Picker and assisting in multiple departments. Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory, parts, and warehouse areas. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and inventory control processes.
