Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition- Field

Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Field to lead recruiting strategy and execution for field leadership and high-volume retail roles. This role partners closely with Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, HR leaders, and business partners to identify hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this leader will serve as a trusted talent advisor, manage recruiting priorities, lead and develop recruiting team members, and help modernize our talent acquisition approach through data, technology, and AI-enabled recruiting tools. Responsibilities Lead recruiting strategy and execution for field-based retail roles, including high-volume hiring and leadership positions. Partner with field and HR leaders to understand current and future talent needs. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles across assigned markets. Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders on talent availability, market trends, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices. Lead, coach, and develop recruiting team members to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support recruitment campaigns, hiring events, assessment centers, and other talent initiatives. Use recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive hiring results. Leverage applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, AI-enabled tools, and recruitment technology to improve efficiency and candidate engagement. Ensure a consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned candidate experience. Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and selection practices. Qualifications 7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function. Experience leading recruiters, recruiting teams, or large-scale recruiting initiatives. Strong retail industry knowledge, preferably in a multi‑unit or field‑based environment. Proven experience supporting high‑volume recruiting and field leadership hiring. Understanding of AI capabilities and emerging recruiting technologies, including sourcing, automation, candidate matching, and recruiting analytics. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and candidate pipeline development. Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers. Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with competing priorities. Preferred Experience Experience recruiting for Store Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, or similar field leadership roles. Experience supporting national or regional retail hiring. Experience with AI‑enabled sourcing tools, CRM platforms, talent intelligence tools, or recruitment automation. Experience supporting hiring events, assessment centers, or large‑scale recruitment campaigns.
