We're hiring a Full-Time Detail Specialist / Auto Detailer to join our Detail Center.This is a hands-on automotive position responsible for cleaning, washing, and reconditioning vehicles for sale. No prior detailing experience? No problem — we provide paid training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we'd love to meet you.Requirements:Recondition vehicles to prepare for saleApply cleaning products and protective treatmentsInspect vehicles for quality and completenessMaintain a clean and organized work areaMove vehicles safely on dealership propertyPerform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exteriorVacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfacesAssist in snow removal from vehicles and/or walkwaysClean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and other glass surfacesRemove dirt, grease, and grime from vehicle exteriors using appropriate cleaning agentsFuel vehicles when necessaryClean and dress tires and wheelsInspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report findings to managementDrive vehicles to designated areas within the facility and not within the facilityQualifications:Valid driver's license (required)Reliable transportation or ability to commute to workAbility to work 8-hour shifts and rotating SaturdaysStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated and dependableWillingness to learn and follow safety proceduresAutomotive detailing experience preferred but not requiredBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSalary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hourSchedule:Monday–Friday8-hour day shiftsNo nightsRotating Saturdays as neededWe are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
