Relationship Banker - Bilingual Spanish Language Preferred

Overview This position engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). It involves accurately processing cash transactions and conducting in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities, connecting them to appropriate solutions. Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus. Communicates effectively, confident engaging with all clients, and able to educate on self-service transactions (ATM, online, mobile). Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs. Follows established processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations. Efficient time and capacity management; focused on results in the client’s best interest. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, and be scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment with individual goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance). Minimum Education High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Shift & Hours Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) — Hours per week: 40. Location & Pay Locations: Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Silverdale in Washington; Pay range $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, based on experience, education, and skill set.
