Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field observations during geotechnical design and construction
• Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations
• Manage client relationships, review RFPs/RFQs, and prepare proposals & cost estimates
• Guide a team of engineers and technicians to deliver top-tier solutions.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and review construction testing & inspection reports.
• Collaborate effectively with management, staff and clients

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/MS in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Certification: PE certification in CA
• Experience: 5+ years in geotechnical engineering, project management, or related field.
• Skills: Business Development, project management, and strong communication.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000
