Job Overview Position/Type: Permanent Primary Care Physician Specialty/Setting: Primary Care / Outpatient Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends) EMR: Cerner Call: None Patient Load Initially 10-12 patients per day to ramp up Average of 18-24 patients per day Additional Info RVU Model Salary guaranteed for 2 years (Most physicians make more after) Job Requirements Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) Compensation Annual salary between $300,000 and $325,000 Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus Up to $20,000 relocation assistance Benefits Full benefits package This permanent position for a Primary Care Physician in Bakersfield, CA offers a predictable schedule, no weekend work, and utilizes the Cerner EMR system.
