We exist to care for each other through our actions and values, and to share that with everyone we encounter.Arcadia Beverage has over 80 years of beverage co-packing experience and we are a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors.Our Core ValuesCare DeeplyRespect & Support the Whole PersonGrow & Learn EverydayCelebrate & Have FunDo What We Say We're Going to DoWhat You'll DoPerform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility equipment and systems (Ammonia Refrigeration, Boilers, Compressed Air Systems, Waste Water Treatment, etc.), ensuring optimal functionality, and maintaining regulatory requirementsConduct regular inspections of facility equipment (Fire Extinguishers, Eye Wash stations, Dock Equipment) to identify potential issues and address them proactively.Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures using the MaintainX CMMS systemCoordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.Support the implementation of safety and compliance programs in accordance with OSHA regulations and other applicable standards.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair needs to ensure equipment reliability and OSHA compliance.Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met and operational efficiency is achieved.Assist in emergency preparedness planning, ensuring response strategies are up-to-date and effective.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations and safety performance.Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForRelevant certifications are a plus but not required.Experience in facilities maintenance, especially within the food and beverage sector or a manufacturing environment.A solid understanding of OSHA regulations and facility management practices.Strong communication and organizational skills.The ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure facility and compliance objectives are met.Familiarity with maintenance management tools and software.The PerksGenerous PTO & Holidays401(K) plan available with employer matchComprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceCompany-funded Direct Primary CareLife & Disability InsuranceProfessional development opportunitiesThe pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hourThe Interview ProcessInitial phone screen with our human resources departmentSecond phone screen with the Hiring ManagerOn site interview to tour the facility and meet the teamOfferReady to Join Us?
