As part of an integrated care team, the Clinician/Therapist contributes to a collaborative model that connects mental health, psychiatry, and primary care to deliver comprehensive, coordinated support for clients. Candidates are not required to have experience in all areas listed below - we welcome applicants who bring expertise in one or more of the following:EMDRIFSRegistered Play Therapist (RPT) credentialChild therapy, ages 5–11Adolescent/youth therapy, ages 12+Adults 18-64Older adults (65+)LMFT with a specialization in couples therapyGottman Method certificationSomatic psychotherapyClinical interests in: life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, relationship concerns, spiritual exploration and meaning-making, caregiver stress, health and wellness challenges, and personal growth and resilience Education/Experience Required3+ years of clinical experience in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent Virginia state license as a mental health professional Let's Talk CompensationYour Impact.
