Senior Recruiter, Experienced Hire Our client, a leading professional services organization, is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Experienced Hire to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across professional, management, and leadership-level positions. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires a recruiter who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and manage searches from intake through offer acceptance. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced-hire and leadership-level talent Conduct candidate screening and assessment interviews Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to business leaders Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders on selection decisions Support offer development, compensation discussions, and candidate negotiations Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining strong stakeholder communication Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting experienced professionals, managers, and leadership talent Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills Experience with candidate assessment, offer negotiations, and compensation discussions Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Prior experience supporting professional services, consulting, corporate, technology, finance, or other knowledge-based organizations is preferred About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
