Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid School Psychologist certification/license in the state of Michigan
• Experience working with elementary or middle school students is highly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and creating data-driven recommendations
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psycho-educational evaluations and re-evaluations across multiple school sites
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and behavior
• Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, and emotional needs
• Support crisis intervention plans and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices in school psychology
