About the Role:

Join AUCTUS ELECTRO ASSEMBLY LLC as a Production Cable Assembler and play a vital role in creating high-quality electronic assemblies. Youll be part of a dynamic team in Rolling Meadows, IL, dedicated to precision and excellence in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test cable and wire harness products according to specifications.
• Interpret and follow detailed assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in cable assembly or electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring is advantageous.
