Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Austin, TX, for a Certified Personal Trainer at GYMGUYZ Austin. The Personal Trainer will design and deliver customized fitness programs to clients in their homes, catering to individual goals such as weight loss, strength building, and overall health improvement. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, guiding clients through safe and effective workouts, providing nutritional guidance, and fostering a positive and motivational environment. Trainers will also ensure proper use of equipment and track clients' progress toward their health and fitness objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction Knowledge of Circuit Training and Sports Coaching techniques Experience or background in Nutrition to guide clients in achieving balanced dietary habits Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate clients A relevant certification such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent Ability to travel within the Austin, TX area for on‑site client sessions Current CPR and First Aid certifications Previous experience in coaching or fitness training is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr GYMGUYZ Austin
