Senior Property Accountant

A well-established Property Management Company is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant to join its team. Great work/life balance!
Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, manage tenant billing, and collect rent.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts for multiple properties.
Review lease agreements, track rent escalations, and manage security deposits.
General ledger entries include assisting with check issuance and 1099 processing
Making owner draws
Entering employee payroll and calculating payroll amounts
Performing annual CAM reconciliations and addressing any other needs as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Experience within the Property Management sector is a must
Experience using Yardi, AppFolio, Rent Manager, or similar software is a plus
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
