About the Role: As a Day CNA, you will be responsible for providing routine nursing care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting the overall well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, address resident concerns, and maintain a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility Take vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff Assist with range-of-motion exercises and other therapeutic activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
