Hybrid Product Engineer Qualifications- Proven experience as a Product Engineer or Software Engineer, ideally within a fintech or crypto environment.
- Strong technical understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications (dApps), and various interoperability protocols.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and launching successful products that drive significant user engagement and business value.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a passion for intersecting blockchain technology with real-world business applications.
- Ability to work onsite
